Session Title: Teacher Tested Tips and Tools for Positively Managing Student Behavior
Session Description: This training will explore ways to effectively and positively manage student behavior while building relationships. We will focus on conflict resolution, behavior support, and tips for keeping kids engaged. Bring a challenge you are experiencing (a particular student, family, or situation) and we will explore and examine it together.
Instructor Bio: Meghan Kalus has a K-8 teaching credential and a Master’s Degree in Literacy and Reading Education/Reading specialist certification. Meghan taught 6 years of first grade and 1 year of second grade in a variety of school settings with differing levels of diversity. She has also worked one year as an after-school provider.
